Kforce has a client in Orem, UT that is seeking a Senior Radar Systems Engineer. This role will be hybrid/ remote. The client offers a competitive compensation package including base salary and equity.

We are looking for a Radar Systems Engineer to support the development, testing, and scaling of advanced radar systems. This role fills a critical capability gap and will directly contribute to significant production growth. The ideal candidate must bring hands-on radar systems expertise, particularly in signal processing, verification & validation, and system-level engineering.

Analyze radar data and evaluate system performance

• Develop and implement automation for data collection and analysis
• Identify issues early and improve overall product quality
• Interface with hardware components including antennas, RF systems, and embedded platforms
• Lead testing and system-level initiatives (not just execution)

Embedded systems engineering
* Mechanical engineering

D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or similar fields

• 5-8+ years of relevant engineering experience
• Development, production, and real-world use
• Radar data analysis; Experience with testing, verification, and validation workflows
• Experience working across multiple engineering domains: Algorithm, embedded, and mechanical teams
