Immigration Associate Attorney **FULL-TIME**

Antonini & Cohen Immigration Law Group is seeking an experienced Immigration Associate Attorney to join our team. We are a renowned immigration firm experiencing significant growth and seek a self‑motivated, fast learner to hit the ground running. We are dedicated to immigration law matters exclusively, and we help all types of clients effectively deal with government agencies and court systems. This is a full‑time opportunity to practice law with plenty of room for growth.
Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish very strongly preferred.
Solid communication skills and problem‑solving skills required in order to work with clients, staff members and senior attorneys
Prepared to learn from senior attorneys to meet our client needs and grow our client base
D. degree) from an accredited law school
Responsibilities Keep files organized to make sure the most recent updates are accessible to other attorneys, paralegals, and staff
Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and/or other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel with the help of senior associate attorneys
Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients
Resolve cases efficiently by using communicating effectively with and working alongside senior attorneys and paralegals
Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings
