LPN/RN - Rehab Nursing - Nights

Touchstone Communities seeks an LVN/RN Charge Nurse for overnight shifts in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. In this leadership role, you’ll provide hands-on clinical care, oversee shift operations, and support CNAs while ensuring resident safety and dignity. Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, assessments, documentation, and coordination with physicians and families. You’ll model servant leadership and person-centered care within a faith-based, team-focused culture, with opportunities to grow clinical and leadership skills while impacting residents’ recovery and quality of life.
