Registered Nurse Charge oversees patient care, follows nursing regulations, and fulfills the organization's priorities. The main tasks involve evaluating patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, creating personalized care plans, and assessing patient responses.
You will utilize nursing judgment and reasoning to make precise health assessments, ensuring these assessments align with standard practices.
You will check nursing procedures. You will demonstrate caring practices by addressing both emotional and physical discomfort, aiming to foster healing and prevent excess distress.
Familiarity with nursing and patient care protocols and practices.
Proven communication skills both in speech and writing.
We are looking for someone who has completed an established program in Nursing.
At least (2) two years in the field.
Registered Nurse License.
