As a Product Manager focusing on monetization for our Sponsored Jobs product, you will help shape monetization strategy and the employer experience. Use data to find new opportunities to grow revenue.
Work closely with sales, customer support, and customers to identify top pain points.

Proven ability to analyze data using tools like SQL and Python
Experience balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical considerations to inform product decisions.
Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging insights, experimentation, and metrics to guide prioritization and product improvements.
Deep curiosity and accountability for the data and insights of their products.
