Job Description:
The Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Cath Lab will provide care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology procedures.
Responsibilities:

Monitor patients during cardiac catheterization procedures
Administer sedation and monitor patient response
Utilize techniques to include balloon pumps and telemetry
Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in cardiac cath lab
Mandatory skills in sedation, balloon pumps, and telemetry
Preferred experience with interventional radiology
Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Successful completion of the Traveler Telemetry Competency Exam
