The scope and complexity of your projects will be based on your existing knowledge and capabilities as well as how fast you can acquire new skills. You will be working on projects as a member of a team that gathers requirements, analyzes, designs, prototypes, develops and tests software, firmware and applications for current and future Vector Network Analyzer products. You will be working with other engineers to gather customer requirements to create a complete solution.
Our team is very competent, highly motivated, friendly, and eager to help you succeed. Design, implement, test, and document new software solutions for electronic test and measurement products; meet schedule and scope needs of the project
Review and understand customer requirements
Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to deliver new capabilities
Write regression tests for software
Develop functionality from low-level measurement implementation through to the user interface.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other engineering discipline
Strong programming skills in C++ with solid software engineering fundamentals
Working knowledge of building, testing, and debugging software
The ability to work in a team, with multiple customers/partners and across geographic boundaries
Embedded system programming experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Git source control systems
