WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS OUR SECURITY FLEX OFFICER:
As a crucial part of our flexible security team, you will be responsible for providing reliable, unarmed protection and service across our client sites.
Provide fixed and roving patrol security for various client sites.
Deliver excellent customer service to our clients, acting as a professional ambassador.
Observe, deter, and report unauthorized or unusual activities at the assigned site.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE AS OUR SECURITY FLEX OFFICER:
18+ years old or the minimum age required by the state
Customer service experience
High school diploma or GED; 2+ years of security experience and/or military/LEO
Great communication and customer service skills
Knowledge to operate the radio, telephone, and console monitors
Effective verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to complete crisis prevention training and site-specific training before serving as a qualified security officer
Ability to pass any state-required training or other qualifications for licensing
Ability to work any shift, 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including weekends and holidays
