Hourly Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:45 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. and Saturday availability between 7:45 a.m. The Courier supports the Commercial Division by ensuring the timely and secure delivery and pickup of documents, titles, license plates, and other materials related to motor vehicle transactions. In addition to courier responsibilities, this position will process motor vehicle transactions as needed to support business operations.

This role requires professionalism, reliability, strong attention to detail, and excellent computer and data entry skills. As a representative of the company, the Courier is often the face of MVD Express and is expected to provide exceptional service while maintaining compliance with all MVD policies and procedures.

however, use of a personal vehicle may occasionally be required. When a personal vehicle is used, a valid driver's license, current registration, and proof of insurance are required. Mileage reimbursement will be provided at the current government rate.

Deliver and pick up Commercial Division documents and materials in a timely and professional manner

Perform VIN inspections in accordance with MVD requirements

Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of all documents handled

Ensure deliveries and pickups meet required deadlines

Use a personal vehicle when required, in accordance with company guidelines

Perform computer tasks, including accurate data entry and tracking of deliveries

Communicate clearly with Commercial staff regarding deliveries, issues, or delays

Maintain organized delivery logs and documentation

Support Commercial office operations as needed

Work effectively in a structured, team-oriented environment

Availability to work Monday-Friday between 7:45 a.m. Strong computer skills and data entry proficiency

Ability or willingness to perform VIN inspections

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly

Must possess the necessary dexterity and fine motor skills to operate standard office equipment, including a telephone, computer, keyboard, printer, fax machine, and copier

Hourly pay starting at $17.00 per hour
