Responsibilities

Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
Develop key referral sources, like realtors and interior designs, to build a referral network.
Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, easily transferred to the installation team.
Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.
Get potential customers excited about Mo Better Garage, encourage them to provide reviews and share them with their personal network.
Understand the customer needs and be able to connect through empathy.
Requirements

Proven record of accomplishment in sales.
Financial acumen including the ability to determine if a job is profitable.
IT competent, previous experience with Microsoft Office and the latest sales applications.
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
Strong verbal and written communications.
Good presentation and public speaking skills.
Familiar with local codes and can speak to company product lines.
Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Highly motivated, flexible, and a great attitude on life.
Pay:
This is a Full-Time, Commission only position with a weekly guarantee during training
Ability to earn 70K - 120K plus, the yearly potential is up to you, no limit on commission!
