Job Description
Job Description Looking for a Receiving Dispatcher to join our team in the area of Morgan Hill will be a temporary position. Must be Bilingual/Spanish

Essential Duties:
Maintain a clean and safe work environment that promotes work safely and product integrity.
Must follow all Safety HACCP & GMP requirements always.
Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Willing to be flexible to accommodate changing business conditions.

Responsibilities:
Work with procurement on inbound schedules and discpreancies.
Review incoming shipments and verify receipts and documents for accuracy and completeness
Timely and accuarate receiving of all inbound shipments
Will be required to monitor incoming purchases orders to ensure timely delivery on materials
Inspection of inbound Raw delivery and report and Raw out of specifications
May perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent and minimum of 2 years of experience
Knowledge of inventory handling receiving and control practices is a plus
SAP,HANA experience
Micosoft Office Suite experience
Must have good communication skills
Willingness to work overtime
Bilingual/Spanish
