P-Physical Therapist
Salary Range: $46-$51 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with 147 beds
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated P-Physical Therapist to join our team at a thriving Skilled Nursing Facility. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients recover from injuries and illnesses, improve their mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life.
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical histories, injuries, and treatment goals to develop personalized treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities to continue their progress outside of therapy sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and technologies, utilizing them to enhance patient care
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid state Physical Therapist license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
