Retail Sales Associate

Uniform Advantage is hiring a Part-Time Retail Key Holder to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will assist with opening and closing the store, processing sales transactions, merchandising, and customer support.

Responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service and sales support, assisting customers with product selection, sizing, and recommendations, operating the POS system for sales, returns, and exchanges, performing opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, maintaining store organization, stocking, and visual merchandising, supporting pricing updates, promotions, and displays, handling multiple customers and tasks during busy periods, and assisting with occasional offsite retail events (pop-ups).

Pay & Schedule: $15.00/hour starting pay, Part-time: 15–25 hours per week, Monthly Bonus Opportunity.

Qualifications include retail sales or customer service experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment, flexible availability, including nights and weekends, High School Diploma or GED, Must be 18+, Must pass background screening, drug test screening, and assessment test.

Physical Requirements include standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 40 lbs, bending, reaching, climbing, and moving merchandise as needed.
