Roofer/Laborer# Roofer/LaborerNashville - Brentwood, TN 37027## OverviewPosition TypeFull Time## Commercial Roofer/Laborer**Position Overview**As a **Roofer/Laborer**, you will play a hands-on role in commercial roofing projects, assisting with roofing system installations, metal work, and daily job-site operations. Key Responsibilities*** Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems, primarily **single-ply (TPO, EPDM, etc.)*** Perform metal installations, including **coping, gutters, and edge metal*** Prepare job sites and perform daily clean-up* Follow all safety protocols, including **fall protection** and **OSHA regulations*** Handle and transport roofing materials and tools* Work collaboratively with technicians and crew members to meet project deadlines* Maintain high-quality workmanship and a clean, safe work environment## Qualifications**Requirements*** Experience with **single-ply roofing systems** (other commercial roofing experience a plus)* Knowledge of metal roofing components, including coping, gutters, and edge metal* Ability to operate heavy equipment (forklifts, man lifts, etc.)* Ability to perform physical labor, lift materials, and work at heights* Strong commitment to job-site safety and OSHA compliance**Company Culture & Values**At Jolly Roofing & Contracting, we foster a supportive, team-oriented environment built on **integrity, safety, and excellence**.
