A highly regarded corporate practice is actively seeking a Corporate Transactional Attorney with substantial experience handling complex business transactions and corporate matters. The firm advises clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, regulatory compliance matters, and strategic business initiatives. Attorneys work closely with sophisticated clients and cross-functional legal teams to structure, negotiate, and execute high-value corporate transactions across multiple industries.
Advise clients regarding corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, transaction agreements, and related legal documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional legal and business teams to achieve client objectives
• Conduct transactional due diligence and risk analysis
• Provide strategic legal guidance to clients on transactional and operational matters
• Manage multiple active projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Assist with transaction structuring and negotiation strategy
