We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent who is passionate about delivering elevated, guest-centered service. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of the hotel and the first point of contact for each guest. Your daily responsibilities will include greeting and checking in guests, answering questions, handling reservations, resolving concerns with tact and efficiency, and maintaining an organized and polished front desk area. You should be comfortable managing a variety of tasks, including responding to emails and phone calls, processing payments accurately, updating guest records, and providing knowledgeable assistance about hotel services and local attractions. We are looking for someone with a high school diploma or GED and previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is important, and familiarity with hotel property management systems is a plus. Candidates must be available to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
