RN / Perioperative Nursing Job in D

The OR RN will provide specialized perioperative nursing care in a busy surgical environment, supporting patient safety and comfort throughout procedures. This role requires collaboration with surgical teams to ensure efficient operation and optimal patient outcomes.

Coordinate and deliver comprehensive nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
Monitor patient vital signs, anesthesia, and surgical site to detect and respond to complications promptly.
Assist surgeons and other healthcare professionals with surgical instruments and equipment setup.
Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain sterile field throughout procedures.
Document patient information, surgical details, and clinical observations accurately in electronic health records.
Foster a safe, compassionate, and professional environment for patients and staff.

Hold at least 3+ years of operating room nursing experience.
Possess valid South Carolina or Compact RN license prior to start date.
Demonstrate proficiency in perioperative nursing techniques and patient management.
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced surgical settings.
