Eklego is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join a team of nursing professionals working in a direct‑hire position at one of our Senior Care clients in Souderton, PA.

Currently we have clients with Long Term Care and Sub Acute Care/Rehab opportunities, offering a Full‑Time Night schedule, 11pm-7am .

What will I do in this RN Supervisor role?
RN's maintain quality clinical care for residents/clients through direct supervision of nursing staff. Responsibilities include assuring documentation is complete and accurate, communicating modifications to policy and procedures, overseeing compliance, managing changes in physicians' orders, and managing the daily operations of the clinical staff.

A current Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of PA

1-2 years' RN experience, preferred

Recent Acute nursing care experience

Experience in Long Term Care LTC or Memory Care
