We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team in San Antonio, TX. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment in our facility. Your expertise in mechanical systems and attention to detail will ensure that our equipment runs smoothly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. You will work closely with our production team to identify and troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to keep our operations running smoothly.

High school diploma or equivalent

Completion of a recognized Millwright apprenticeship program or equivalent experience

Experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment

Ability to read and interpret diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Experience with welding and fabrication

Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)

Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications

Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity

Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, and provide solutions to minimize downtime

Collaborate with production team to identify and address equipment issues

Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed

As a Millwright, you will use your expertise in mechanical systems and attention to detail to install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment in our facility. Your strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills will be essential in diagnosing and addressing mechanical issues. Finally, your familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) will enable you to maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
