Construction Carpenters Needed - FULL TIME

Experienced Kitchen Remodeling Carpenter / Cabinet InstallerKitchen Tune-Up is looking for an experienced, skilled carpenter / cabinet installer to join our growing remodeling team. We are looking for a true craftsman who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail, and can independently perform high-quality cabinet installation, cabinet modifications, finish carpentry, and general kitchen remodeling work.This is not an entry-level position. We need someone with hands-on carpentry and remodeling experience who can step onto a jobsite, understand the work that needs to be accomplished, and complete it professionally, accurately, and efficiently.Responsibilities & Required Skills:Install, level, align, and secure kitchen cabinetryPerform cabinet modifications and custom fitting in the fieldInstall and modify base, wall, and pantry cabinetsInstall crown molding, light rail, toe kicks, shoe molding, fillers, finished panels, and trimPerform detailed finish carpentryInstall and adjust cabinet doors and drawer frontsInstall and adjust soft-close hinges and drawer slidesInstall knobs, pulls, and other cabinet hardwareInstall rollout trays and cabinet storage accessoriesAccurately measure, cut, fit, and make field adjustmentsRead measurements and basic plans/layoutsTroubleshoot installation challenges and develop practical solutionsPerform general kitchen remodeling and punch-list workMaintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsiteWhat We're Looking For:The successful applicant must be:An experienced carpenter and/or cabinet installerDependable and punctualDetail-oriented with pride in their craftsmanshipAble to work independently and as part of a teamProfessional and respectful when working inside customers' homesComfortable communicating with customers, coworkers, and project managementAble to maintain a clean and organized work environmentAble to perform the physical requirements associated with kitchen remodeling and cabinet installationTools & Transportation:Kitchen Tune-Up provides the tools required to perform the job. Experienced carpenters are also welcome to use their own personal tools when preferred.
