• About the Opportunity: Our client, a growing plaintiff-side employment law firm, is seeking attorneys at all experience levels to handle Wage-and-Hour class actions. The firm has a physical office in Seattle with a team of five attorneys. Handle plaintiff-side Wage-and-Hour class action litigation.

Manage cases through the litigation process, from initial investigation and pleadings through discovery, mediation, and resolution.
Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, written discovery, and other litigation documents.
For senior or lead attorneys, mentor and supervise junior attorneys as appropriate.
Attorneys with related employment litigation experience may also be considered.
Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
