Financial Services Personal Banker

This is a full-time position with Saturday rotation (out by 12:30 pm) and coverage at various locations. Interviews members to obtain information and explain available financial products and services, such as savings and checking accounts, Individual Retirement Accounts, Certificates of Deposit, Business and Non-profit accounts.

Opens accounts and performs necessary file maintenance ensuring proper documentation and procedures are followed.

Assists with various administrative duties such as but not limited to deposit verification, filing and collating.

Originates loan applications, forwards documents for processing, closes loans.

Acts as liaison between members and various departments reporting member concerns, problem solves, and provide a satisfactory resolution within procedures and policies.

May provide teller duties such as receives cash and checks for deposit and loan payments.

Prior banking experience required.

Experience: Minimum of one-year sales and/or service experience in a financial institution.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Proficiency in multiple software programs; 29 days off annually consisting of vacation, sick, personal, birthday, and holidays
