$1.20/hour for nights

1.5x pay on Sundays and for hours worked over 40 per week

12-hour straight night shift schedule (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)

Amcor is hiring a Machine Assistant to support Healthcare Packaging operations in Oshkosh. In this role, you will assist machine operators in producing customer orders safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards while supporting continuous improvement efforts across the facility.

Use AMS to access, interpret, and print production specifications

Safely operate equipment including tilt locks, banders, and pallet jacks

Perform visual inspections, material checks, and quality-related tasks

Participate in continuous improvement activities and support additional projects as assigned

Ability to work a 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule

Basic computer skills and ability to learn production systems and programs

Ability to perform visual inspections and distinguish colors

Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

Previous manufacturing experience

Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Understanding of mechanical equipment

Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
