Duties & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
Diagnose and treat oral health conditions using evidence-based care
Develop and present treatment plans to patients
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure excellent patient care
Uphold high standards of ethics, quality, and patient experience
Requirements
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
Active New York dental license (or eligibility)
Strong clinical skills and treatment planning ability
Interest in long-term practice ownership and growth
Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
