Temporary Travel RN - ICU/PCU

Registered Nurse - PCU in Utica, NY. Weekly pay: $2,245-$2,320 per week. Shift: 2x4 Days. Inpatient, acute care travel assignment in an IMCU/PCU environment.

Contract duration: Shift: 2x4 Days

IMCU/PCU travel assignment in an acute-care inpatient unit

Local rates: Local candidates within ~75 miles may qualify for local rate

Provide direct patient care for IMCU/PCU patients, including neuro, cardiac, trauma, COPD, DKA, sepsis, MI, CV stepdown, and post-op conditions

Monitor patient status, administer medications, perform prescribed therapies, and document changes promptly

Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and multidisciplinary teams; assist RT for respiratory support as needed

Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate charting, orders, and progress notes; ensure compliance with unit protocols

Float to related units as required and maintain patient safety, infection control, and patient advocacy

Manage patients on chronic vents with respiratory support as coordinated with the RT team

Active NY Registered Nurse license; NURSYS license verification with ACTIVE NY License and ALL RN licenses

2+ years of experience in IMCU/PCU with documented travel experience

EPIC EMR experience required

Assistance with travel arrangements and onboarding as part of the assignment process
