Our infusion services support patients who require advanced therapies as part of their ongoing treatment plans. Our infusion nurses play an essential role in delivering safe, compassionate, and individualized care—from preparing patients for treatment and administering prescribed infusion therapies to monitoring for side effects or reactions and providing education and reassurance throughout the treatment experience. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in specialized neurological therapies while building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and their families.About the RoleAs an Infusion Therapy Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing safe, high-quality nursing care to patients receiving outpatient infusion treatments. You will work closely with our physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical team to ensure patients receive an exceptional treatment experience in a comfortable and supportive environment. We are looking for someone who combines strong clinical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a genuinely compassionate approach to patient care.What You'll DoAdminister prescribed infusion therapies in accordance with physician orders, clinical protocols, and nursing standards.Coordinate care with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other members of the clinical team.Provide patient education regarding treatments, potential side effects, and follow-up care.Accurately document treatments, assessments, patient responses, and changes in condition in the medical record.Assist with medication preparation, inventory, and other infusion-related clinical responsibilities as needed.Maintain compliance with clinic policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.What We're Looking ForCurrent and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience as a Registered Nurse in an infusion center, outpatient clinic, neurology practice, specialty practice, or similar healthcare setting.Experience administering IV medications and infusion therapies.A desire to grow professionally and develop expertise in specialized neurological care.At The Neuron Clinic, you won't just be administering treatments—you'll be an important part of each patient's healthcare journey.
