Registered Nurse – Critical Care
Schedule: Nights, 12 hours
Assignment Details:

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Requirements:

• 1+ Years of Experience
• BLS and ACLS Certification (AHA or ARC)
• Experience with Adult and Geriatric Population
• Epic Experience
• Experience with Fresh Open Heart Surgery Patients (Preferred)
• Interpretation of Cardiac Rhythms (Preferred)
• Experience with Impella and Balloon Pumps (Preferred)

Provide holistic care to patients and families, focusing on independent and collaborative nursing functions.
Execute standards of nursing practice, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Develop and revise the patient's plan of care, coordinating with other healthcare disciplines.
Participate in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices.
Lead efforts to define, implement, and improve care standards and the care environment.
Promote remarkable patient care through active participation in nursing practice.
Compliance / Notes:

Required to float to other ICUs or medical/surgical units as needed.
Must include all RTO requests at the time of submission.
