Follow your passion - pediatrics to geriatrics, procedures, injections, women's health, MAT, OMT, etc.

Provide direct patient care to our communities with a well-established family practice through same-day or routinely scheduled appointments

Proactive care approach with preventative medicine

Work cross-functionally with other medical surgical specialties

Patient-centric mindset to provide the highest-quality service and patient care

Flexible scheduling

Full-time schedule includes 32 patient-facing hours per week

Part-time or full-time schedule options

BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine & Pediatrics

Passionate about primary care for patients of all ages

Current medical license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, or ability to obtain

Guaranteed base salary with productivity and quality based incentives

• Signing bonus up to $100,000
• 4 weeks PTO, 1 week CME, and 10 paid holidays

The pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. This is not inclusive of the value Sturdy Health's benefits package (if applicable), which includes among other benefits, healthcare/dental/vision and retirement. For annual salaries this is based on full-time employment.
