Senior Tax Associate

We’re seeking a Senior Tax Associate to join our growing tax practice and play a key role in delivering strategic tax guidance and exceptional client service.
This is an exciting opportunity for a tax professional who enjoys building relationships, solving complex tax challenges, and serving as a valued advisor to middle‑market clients. Prepare and review business and individual income tax returns, with a focus on partnerships and high‑net‑worth individuals.
Serve as a trusted resource to clients by providing thoughtful tax planning and compliance guidance.
Conduct federal and state tax research and apply findings to real‑world client situations.
The ideal candidate has at least three years of public accounting experience and a strong foundation in tax compliance, research, and client service. Experience preparing and reviewing partnership and individual (Form 1040) tax returns.
Experience working with family office groups, investment entities, or closely held operating companies is a plus.
Strong technical tax knowledge and analytical skills.
Proficiency with CCH Axcess Tax and Engagement software preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Experience performing federal and state tax research.
CPA license or active pursuit of CPA certification.
For tax and audit professionals, reasonable hour expectations during busy season and 36‑hour/4‑day work weeks during the slower times of the year
