Job Title

Prepare & cook deli menu items following recipes and portion standards, operate deli equipment such as, slicers, ovens, and fryers safely, maintain a clean & organized work area, complying with food safety regulations, monitor food freshness and stock levels, rotating items as needed, assist customers with orders and provide product recommendations, collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy hours, restock all frozen, can goods, condiments, cut meats, and veggies. Helps maintain inventory records for food and supplies, wash dishes, plates, cups, or silverware, and monitors food production, quality, and quantity. High school diploma or GED required, at least 18 years of age, 6mo previous cooking experience preferred.
