Lab Tech Phlebotomist (Part-time)

Labcorp is seeking Phlebotomist Part Time to join our team at 4980 Barranca Pkwy Suite 100 Irvine CA 92604.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 am – 12:00 pm, additional hours and rotating Saturdays may be required.

Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
Process billing information and collecting payments when required
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Travel to additional sites when needed
High school diploma or equivalent

• California state issued Phlebotomy license (CPT)
• 3 months or more of experience as phlebotomist

1 year or more of experience as phlebotomist

• In lieu of state license requirement listed above, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the CA Department of Health at time of hire may meet license requirement.
• 1 year or more phlebotomist experiences with Geriatrics and Pediatric patients
• Bilingual with proficiency in Spanish and English
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

We are currently seeking a phlebotomist to work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM PST’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics

Pay Range: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
