We're seeking compassionate and skilled ICU nurses who hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or are currently enrolled in a BSN or MSN program from an accredited institution (verification required). Previous ICU or critical care nursing experience strongly preferred
Proficient in ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced cardiac life support
Ability to lift, push, and assist patients or equipment up to 50 lbs
Frequent standing, walking, and repositioning of patients in critical care settings
Provide continuous monitoring and assessment of critically ill patients
Administer high-risk medications (e.g., Operate and troubleshoot advanced equipment, including ventilators, monitors, and infusion pumps
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans
Educate families on patient conditions and involve them in care decisions when appropriate
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and state regulations
