Prepare for customer appointments by reviewing customer profiles, favorites, and preparing a fitting room.

Build relationships with customers by welcoming them to the store, asking questions, and listening to understand their expectations and needs.

Strive to identify the perfect gown or dress in the customer's first three try-ons.

High school diploma or equivalent degree.
