support the day-to-day accounting operations of our growing organization. position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting
month-end close activities, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the integrity of
financial data. Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and intercompany accounts
- Ensure financial records are accurate and up to date
- Assist with sales tax filings and other regulatory reporting as needed
- Research and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner
- Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
1-2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or related financial experience
- Experience with bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience managing the full accounting cycle
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
(or equivalent work experience)
