Full-Time Remote Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an attorney licensed in New Hampshire for a remote, full-time position. This role involves representing clients in court appearances across New Hampshire and requires occasional in-person attendance at hearings.

Responsibilities Represent clients in in-person court appearances across New Hampshire.

Conduct legal research, review cases, and draft pleadings and related legal documents.

Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure successful case outcomes while adhering to tight deadlines.

Work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Maintain effective communication with team members and clients at all organizational levels.

Requirements Licensed to practice law in New Hampshire.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Admission to any of the following states is a plus: Delaware, Michigan, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, Washington, D.C.

Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications Valid Bar license in New Hampshire.

Skills Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Highly organized, with the ability to multi-task and manage a large caseload.

Reliable with a strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.

Team-oriented, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively.
