Pay Rate: $54.31/hour

What You'll Do
Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
Assess patients' conditions, formulate plans, and execute interventions using the nursing process
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Delegate and manage nursing team resources responsibly
Document patient care and outcomes accurately
Ensure compliance with all healthcare laws, standards, and facility policies
Adapt care delivery based on patient needs, respecting privacy and cultural Differences
What You Need
Current Mississippi RN license
BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications
Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
