The customers running on our infrastructure are building the most consequential technology in human history, and being responsible for the physical and logical security of that work makes everything else feel small.Role ScopeRun the security program's execution across physical, logical, and datacenter security, turning a fast-growing set of initiatives into tracked workstreams with owners, deadlines, and no dropped threads.Drive cross-team security deliverables (bare-metal hardening, access control, incident response readiness, compliance evidence) to closure across engineering, datacenter operations, and IT.Stand up the operating rhythm of the security org: reviews, risk tracking, audit and certification timelines, and the reporting that keeps leadership and customers current.Quarterback security requirements into new site builds and customer onboarding so controls land before compute does, not after.You've run technical program management for a security or infrastructure org, holding engineers and external partners to deadlines they signed up for.You've driven a security or compliance initiative (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, or a customer security review) from kickoff to evidence without losing the thread across teams.You translate between security engineers and executives, distilling a sprawling risk picture into a decision and a next step.You track commitments, risks, and open items as a habit, so nothing critical lives only in someone's head.Bonus: physical security or datacenter security programs.
