Warehouse WorkerReports to: Warehouse SupervisorDepartment: WarehouseFLSA: Hourly Eligible for OvertimeLocation: Must be eligible to work in the US without assistance from employer.___________________________________________________________________________Job Summary:The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately locating, pulling, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy and a safe, organized work environment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently with warehouse technology and equipment.Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using pick lists, RF scanners, or voice-picking systems, matching part numbers, quantities, and specifications.Inventory Management: Scan items into the inventory system, update stock levels, and assist with stock replenishment and organization.Quality Control: Inspect pulled items for damage or defects, ensuring quality standards are met before packaging.Packing & Staging: Securely pack items, apply labels, and stage completed orders in designated areas for shipping.Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and picking carts as authorized.Safety & Housekeeping: Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals and assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
