Registered Telemetry Neurology Nurse

Responsible for providing specialized nursing care to neuro telemetry patients, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and protocols. Demonstrates expertise in neuro-related assessments and interventions while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

Administer direct patient care, including neurological assessments, vital sign monitoring, and medication administration.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Document patient progress accurately in Meditech, adhering to unit guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Respond promptly to patient needs, alarms, and emergencies, following established protocols.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment, including proper use of equipment and supplies.

Adhere to hospital policies on dress code, hygiene, and infection control standards.

Hold an active Texas RN license; temporary licenses will not be accepted.

Possess at least 2 years of recent hospital or neuro telemetry nursing experience.

Show strong communication skills and ability to work flexible shifts, including rotating weekends.
