Warehouse Person - Manufacturing

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and material flow operations at our Downers Grove and Bolingbrook (Crossroads) facilities . This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound materials, ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting production, and maintaining an organized, efficient warehouse environment.

Receive, weigh, log, and label incoming materials and outbound freight

Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure compliance with food quality specifications

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Supply production with the required raw materials and packaging

Transfer finished goods into appropriate storage locations

Coordinate with inbound and outbound carriers to minimize loading and unloading time

Prepare Bills of Lading and required shipping documentation

Shipping and receiving

Previous warehouse experience with high computer literacy

Valid forklift certification (required)

English fluency required; conversational Spanish a plus

Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment

Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday
