QUALIFICATIONS: Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license

Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation

Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long-term goals for patient outcomes

Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team-based care

Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered
