About the Role: Amity Pharmacy in Woodbridge, CT is looking for a passionate and experienced Pharmacist Manager (PIC) to lead our dedicated pharmacy team. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with leadership skills in a community-focused pharmacy setting. Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance
Supervise, mentor, and schedule pharmacy staff including technicians and support personnel
Manage inventory control, drug ordering, and vendor relationships to maintain optimal stock levels
Ensure adherence to federal and state pharmacy laws, HIPAA regulations, and company policies
Drive pharmacy performance metrics including prescription volume, patient satisfaction, and immunization programs
Active and unrestricted Connecticut Pharmacist license in good standing
Previous retail pharmacy management or supervisory experience preferred
Immunization certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume community pharmacy environment
