Advanced Practice Provider - Primary Care (Part-Time)

Great opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our South Sixth Street Primary Care Team, located in Springfield, IL! Part-Time Day Shift (8:00am - 5:00pm), No Weekends/Holidays/Call This is a Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider position, responsible for treating patients of all ages across the lifespan (pediatric through geriatric).

This role will facilitate the delivery and evaluation of evidence-based comprehensive care to patients. Collaboration and referral to other health care providers, patient advocacy, teaching, and family counseling are major components of the role.

Licensure/Certification/Registry Must possess and maintain licensing as an APRN as required by Illinois State Law;

Appropriate certification as a APRN or PA, as determined by department.

Experience Minimum of 1-year post-graduate as a mid-level provider preferred.

Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
