Company Profile: Our client is currently a $10 million business with ambitious plans to reach $30 million and beyond within the next five years.Position OverviewThe Vice President of Operations will oversee all operational aspects of the company, including policies, procedures, manufacturing, supply chain management, quality control, and project management. You will work closely with customers to meet their traffic control needs and play a vital role in the sales component of our business.Streamline and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards.Build and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality control standards and procedures.Supply Chain Management: Oversee procurement and inventory to optimize cost and lead times.Project Management: Ensure timely and successful project delivery, meeting customer requirements.Sales Component: Work closely with customers to understand their daily traffic control needs and ensure they are met.Policy and Procedure Development: Establish and maintain policies and procedures to ensure safety and operational efficiency.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Proven success in senior operations roles, preferably in traffic control systems or related industry. • Ability to drive process improvement and align operations with business goals. • Knowledge of supply chain management, quality control, and project management. • Commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.Key AttributesWe are looking for a leader with a high standard of excellence in performance, safety, and customer service.
