Head of Customer Operations

About Us: We are a WA owned leading company in the car carrying industry, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Fleet Controller to join our team.
The Role: As a Fleet Controller, you will be responsible for:
Receiving and processing job requests from customers, ensuring accurate allocation within our system.
Collaborating with our administrative and operational teams to troubleshoot and resolve any logistical issues that arise.
Monitoring the maintenance and servicing schedules of our fleet vehicles, ensuring timely maintenance is conducted to keep our trucks operating at peak performance and safety standards.
Optimizing the utilization and scheduling of our local fleet resources to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Familiarizing yourself with the wharf system to coordinate the timely removal of vehicles upon ship arrival.
May need to attend the wharf for ship arrivals to find vehicles and coordinate the loading of vehicles onto trucks.
Building good relationships with our customers, showing our dedication to professionalism and integrity.
Upholding our company's reputation for delivering exceptional customer service at every interaction.
Experience in scheduling and planning within transportation.
Proficiency in computer skills, especially Excel.
Customer-centric approach with a focus on achieving results.
Full‑time position with competitive salary.
