ScannerApply**Job#: 3042709****Job Description:**Job Title: Finance Document Scanning & Indexing SpecialistSummary of Position (Job Purpose)The Finance Document Scanning & Indexing Specialist is responsible for accurately preparing, scanning, and indexing finance-related documents in a timely and organized manner. This role supports the Finance department by ensuring critical financial records are digitized, indexed correctly, and readily accessible.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrimary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Scan and index expense invoices accurately and efficiently* Prepare, scan, and index merchandise invoices* Scan and index merchandise import wire invoices* Process company-to-company inter-transfer payment documentation* Prepare, scan, and index debit memos* Scan and index W-9 and ACH forms* Scan bank statements for recordkeeping and reconciliation purposes* Assist other document scanners as needed to support team workload and deadlinesMinimum Requirements / QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:* Ability to work efficiently and meet required timelines* Strong attention to detail and accuracy* Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple document types* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities* Dedicated and dependable with a strong work ethic *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
