Packer - Production Work
Aviso, LLC
Pack finished products in accordance with work instructions and customer specifications (including bagging, boxing, labeling, and kitting).
Conduct visual quality inspections during packaging to identify and report product defects prior to shipment.
Verify physical item counts against work orders, shipping manifests, and packing lists.
Maintain a clean, organized packaging area and monitor local supply inventories.
Consistently meet output and pacing targets while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards.
High Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality control, accurate quantity counting, precise labeling, and lot traceability during final packaging steps.
Procedural Compliance: Ability to adhere strictly to written work instructions, standard operating procedures, and cleanroom/gowning protocols (experience in medical device packaging is a plus, but not required).
Consistent Output & Focus: Demonstrated ability to maintain a steady, reliable pace in a high-volume, repetitive production environment without compromising quality.
