RN Nursing Graduate

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practices. Collaborates within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes, prioritizes wellness and safety, and models proficiency through precepting new staff. Maintains compliance with licensure and certification standards.
Responsibilities: Delivers top-of-scope nursing care to patients with moderate to high acuity in specialty Med-Surg units, contributing to secure safety and quality at the point of care. Supports a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, embracing innovation and human connection.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires RN licensure, graduation from an accredited nursing program (bachelor's preferred), at least 6 months of RN experience, and BLS certification. Strong clinical skills, teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to patient-centered care are essential.
