Position Overview - Experienced Front Desk Agent
We are inviting experienced Front Desk Agents an opportunity to join our team and share the responsibility of providing a warm, welcoming, and seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests. Perform accurate and efficient check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with Hyatt Brand Standards
Maintain a strong knowledge of all hotel services, offerings, and local attractions to confidently assist guests.
Process payments and maintain accurate cash and credit card handling procedures.
Meet the Front Office KPI goals. (HOTSOS Ticket follow up, 50% WOH Enrollment Goal, 90% WOH Recognition, answers chats within 2 minuets, & exceptional customer service scores).
Uphold the integrity, confidentiality, and luxury brand standards of the property.
Minimum 2-3 years of front desk experience in a 4- or 5-star luxury hotel or resort required.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Multilingual skills are a plus.
