Float Health is expanding, and we are building a talent pool of experienced Infusion Registered Nurses (RNs) in Illinois for anticipated patient needs. While we are not currently scheduling visits in this region, we are proactively connecting with qualified nurses ahead of our target launch in Q2 .
This is a great opportunity to complete the interview and onboarding process early and be among the first nurses considered once services begin in Illinois.
Float Health is an on-demand nursing service company. Float partners with specialty pharmacies to connect patients and nurses for in-home medication administration. Each nurse works as an independent nurse contractor to provide patients with IV medications, including IVIGs and monoclonal antibodies. 3-5+ years of hospital-based nursing or home infusion/infusion center
